The KYC & Site Operations Analyst based in Charlotte, NC is a critical hybrid role responsible for supporting the Know Your Client (KYC) operations Modernization agenda, while simultaneously coordinating and managing site-related activities. The Site Operations Lead serves as the operational and cultural hub of the Charlotte campus, ensuring a positive, compliant, and efficient workplace experience. This role supports daily site operations, facilities and vendor partnerships, employee engagement, and strategic initiatives. The Site Coordinator works directly with site leadership and all lines of business to maintain a high-performing, welcoming, and well-supported environment during both normal operations and periods of transition. This individual will also provide critical support to the US Consumer Cards and Wealth KYC leadership teams in supporting various operational excellence and strategic initiatives across KYC Modernization.
Responsibilities:
KYC Modernization:
- Operational Efficiency: Participate in and assist with the organization of meetings and key routines to discuss KYC transformation initiatives, support the streamlining of existing business routines, processes, and workflows across the KYC Modernization organization to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
- Ad Hoc Projects: Support various ad hoc projects as requested by KYC leadership, contributing to the strategic objectives of the organization.
- Content and Material Development: Lead efforts in developing, standardizing, and enhancing internal communications, presentations, reports, and other initiative content, ensuring consistency and alignment with organizational objectives.
- Communication and Follow-up: Ensure timely dissemination of all USCCW Modernization materials, distribution lists, action items, and follow-ups through to closure.
Site Leadership & Operations:
- Provide direct support to the CSC site head and site leadership team to drive execution of the site and CSC network strategy.
- Collaborate with the site head to define and implement site initiatives focused on improving employee engagement and experience.
- Coordinate and ensure the efficient operation of the site, acting as the execution arm of the Site Leadership Team (SLT), including organizing monthly leadership and engagement activities.
- Partner with internal stakeholders such as Real Estate, HR, and Technology to ensure the site is well-managed and any issues are tracked and resolved in a timely manner.
- Work with community partners and universities to provide support and help organize Citi events in Charlotte.
- Present key metrics and insights to senior site leaders and facilitate employee advisory groups.
- Implement and drive new programs and practices, ensuring alignment with strategic CSC initiatives and consistent employee engagement/talent management policies.
- Act as the CSC on-site liaison for engagement networks, managing and organizing various site events, including recognition and appreciation programs.
- Lead and coordinate Voice of Employee (VOE) strategy initiatives.
- Monitor relevant site metrics and launch programs to reduce attrition and address employee pain points.
Qualifications:
- 2-5 years of combined relevant experience in KYC/AML operations and site leadership/business operations management within a global, matrixed environment with multiple stakeholders.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Access, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Proficient in the use of AI tools to draft content and analyze data.
- Experience with databases and information management.
- Consistently demonstrates clear, concise written and verbal communication skills.
- Highly developed interpersonal, influencing, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing deadlines and schedules.
- Experience in community relations and partnering with key external stakeholders.
- Knowledge: Strong understanding of Anti-Money Laundering (AML) monitoring, governance, oversight, regulatory reporting activities, and KYC (Know Your Client) program development and management.
- Competencies: Strong experience managing business operations, events, and programs.

$64,620.00 - $90,180.00
