DSC Associates are the voice of Element for drivers and end users. They provide front‑line support for inquiries regarding vehicle deliveries, maintenance, billing, fines, renewals and usage of digital tools. Associates handle cases across multiple channels (phone, email, chat), document them in the case‑management system and ensure timely resolution. They educate drivers on self‑service options and provide empathetic assistance.
Responsibilities
- Respond to driver inquiries via phone, email and chat; resolve routine requests or triage to appropriate departments.
- Document cases in Salesforce Service Cloud, ensuring accurate categorization and notes for follow‑up.
- Educate drivers about self‑service tools (Element One & WhatsApp) and encourage adoption.
- Identify trends or recurring issues and relay feedback to the supervisor for continuous improvement.
- Participate in training sessions and contribute to knowledge base articles or FAQs.
Qualifications
· High school diploma or bachelor’s degree in progress.
· 1–2 years of experience in customer service, call center or help‑desk environments.
· Good communication skills in Spanish; basic English ability.
· Familiarity with CRM systems preferred.

· Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure.
· Basic understanding of fleet services and Element digital tools.
· Attention to detail and accurate case documentation.
· Willingness to learn and adapt to new systems.
