MIG Welder

Location: West Jefferson, OH
Pay Rate: $20.00/hour
Schedule: Monday–Thursday, 7:30 AM–5:30 PM

Job Summary

We are seeking a dependable MIG Welder to join our manufacturing team in West Jefferson, OH. The ideal candidate will be comfortable working with welding equipment and following basic safety and quality procedures.

Responsibilities

• Perform MIG welding on metal components and assemblies
• Read and follow basic work instructions and welding specifications
• Set up and safely operate welding equipment
• Inspect completed welds for quality and accuracy
• Use hand tools and other shop equipment as needed
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Follow all company safety and quality standards
• Perform other general fabrication and production duties as needed

Qualifications

• MIG welding experience preferred
• Previous manufacturing, fabrication, or metalworking experience is a plus
• Ability to safely operate welding equipment and hand tools
• Ability to read and follow instructions
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Reliable attendance and a strong work ethic
• Willingness to learn and work in a team environment

Schedule & Pay

• $20.00/hour
• Monday–Thursday
• 7:30 AM–5:30 PM, 30-minute lunch
• 4-day workweek
