Job Title: Contract Specialist, Purchase Markets Specialty

About the Job

The Specialist supports contract operations across multiple Specialty programs, including Rare Blood, Lemtrada, Rare Disease, Thyrogen, and related Specialty Pharmacy and Distributor agreements. Key responsibilities include executing and maintaining contracts in the Revenue Manager (Model N) system, ensuring accurate pricing, eligibility, contract loading, amendments, tier adjustments, and timely rebate adjudication; as well as managing updates to Master Data Manager in Revenue Manager (Model N).

 

This role also manages ASP pricing loads, develops monthly/quarterly performance reports, and supports payment processes in accordance with contract terms. The Specialist collaborates closely with Market Access, Account Teams, Legal, Pricing, Trade, Access Strategy and Digital.

 

Additional support may extend to other segments, including Oncology and Established Products.

Main Responsibilities

 

• This position is responsible for contract setup, amendments, and discount maintenance for Rare Blood, Lemtrada, Rare Disease, and Thyrogen, with support for other Specialty and Purchase Market segments as needed.

• Calculate and load ASP-based quarterly pricing ensuring compliance and accuracy by analyzing ceiling prices and WAC discounts.

• Communicate quarterly pricing updates to customers and resolve any pricing discrepancies in collaboration with internal stakeholders.

• Analyze and process monthly/quarterly rebate and administrative fee payments in the Revenue Manager (Model N) system.

• Evaluate rebate payments, pricing tiers, and contract performance using direct sales and chargeback data.

• Conduct data validation and compliance checks for purchase-based agreements, resolving discrepancies with customers or account teams.

• Support and maintain the Master Data Management segment of Revenue Manager (Model N) system, involved with product and pricing maintenance.

• Collaborate with key stakeholders as needed to ensure alignment or resolve customer issues

• Support departmental projects and ensure compliance with SOX requirements.

About you

Basic Qualifications:

• 2+ years of relevant work experience
• Bachelor’s Degree required with a Finance or Business concentration preferred

The salary range for this position is:

$100,500.00 - $145,166.66
