Hiring Title: Sales Operations Analyst, (SIP, MOS, Forecast)

About GBFS Team: The Global Business and Finance Support (GBFS) team provide support to HQ and global regional team on Finance & Business Operation activities. This job role is for business operation related activities – Sales Incentive Planning and reporting, forecasting, basic analysis and report insights, monetization of services.

General Job Summary: The role is responsible for internal support to HQ, Sales Teams and customer service to enabling them in facing any issues or update them using Salesforce tool and provide world-class support regarding Qualcomm’s products and services. The ideal candidate will be passionate about delivering and cultivating excellent internal support throughout the organization. Responsibilities include, but not limited to the following activities:

Job Overview:

• Generate detailed sales performance reports and dashboards, providing actionable insights to inform strategic decisions. Prepare a sales forecasting
• Collaborate with various departments, such as sales, finance, and IT, to ensure alignment and smooth operations.
• Maintain and optimize the CRM system to ensure data accuracy and integrity, supporting sales activities with reliable information.
• Fair understanding of Monetization of business processes.
• Working closely with HQ and global region teams with regular interaction to reviews, drive transition calls, process documentation for all activities.
• Individual will require to take evening calls for reviews and transition of activities.
• Perform additional ad hoc business operations activities from time to time.

Requirements:

• 2 to 4 years relevant industry experience in business analyst & operations activities
• Excellent Advance Excel Skills, Sales force, Incentive reporting and analysis.
• Strong analytical, problem solving and conceptual skills.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn and upskills with tools – Tableau, Power BI etc.
• Flexible for evening calls (8PM – 11PM IST) for HQ reviews and transition calls on regular basis.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Education Requirements:

• Bachelor’s in science / B Tech / commerce / economics and/or,
• Diploma in Business Analytics
• Business Administration from reputed B-school.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Associate's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Finance, Marketing, or related field and 2+ years of business operations or related experience.

OR

High School Diploma or equivalent and 4+ years of business operations or related experience.
