What You'll Be Doing:
As a Cook, you'll play a key role in creating fresh, high-quality food for Delta Sky Club guests.
Responsibilities include:
- Preparing hot and cold food items according to recipes and standards
- Supporting buffet service and high-volume meal periods
- Maintaining food quality, consistency, and presentation
- Following food safety and sanitation procedures
- Keeping workstations organized, stocked, and guest-ready
- Collaborating with kitchen team members to ensure a smooth operation
What We're Looking For:
- At least 2 years of professional cooking experience
- Experience working in fast-paced kitchens
- Strong understanding of food safety and sanitation practices
- Experience in hotels, catering, airport lounges, restaurants, banquet operations, healthcare, or private clubs is highly valued
- Dependable team players who take pride in their craft
- Positive attitude and willingness to support a collaborative kitchen environment
Important Requirements:
- Selected candidates must be able to:
- Pass a TSA background investigation
- Pass a drug screening
- Work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays
- Obtain airport security clearance
