UI/ UX Expert - Performance Analytics & Reporting

Job Description Summary

As a Senior Analyst–level UI/UX Expert, you will own the end-to-end design process for key digital products and features. You will be responsible for understanding user behavior, defining interaction models, and delivering high-quality visual and experience designs. This role requires both strategic vision and hands-on execution, along with the ability to mentor junior team members and influence design decisions across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

Design & Prototyping

• Create wireframes, mockups, interactive prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs.
• Design intuitive user flows and information architecture for web and mobile applications.
• Develop and maintain design systems, style guides, and reusable component libraries.

Essential Requirement:

• Partner with product managers to translate requirements into design solutions.
• Work closely with developers to ensure accurate implementation of designs.
• Present and defend design concepts to stakeholders using clear rationale and data.
• Contribute to product and design strategy at the feature and roadmap level.

Desirable Requirement:

• Ensure designs meet accessibility standards and usability best practices.
• Conduct design reviews and iterate based on feedback and performance metrics.
• Monitor product analytics to continuously improve the user experience.
