Descriptif du poste : Rejoignez le département des opérations d’ALSA CITY AGADIR en tant que Chargé des opérations !

Mission principale : Assurer le support des opérations et Réduire le taux de consommation gasoil.

Taches et résponsabilités :

• Support des projets des opérations.
• Préparation des horaires
• Préparation des plans d’exploitation
• Mise à jour des fichiers de clôture mensuel.
• Etablissement de la facture des navettes spéciales
• Traitement des correspondances
• Communication avec CP et Sup
• Préparation des rapports d’inspection
• Etablissement des rapports d’activité, reportings et KPIs
• Comparaison de recette système et comptabilité
• Préparation des rapports de pannes .
• Support importation des horaires sur Plan Web.
• Préparation des supports de présentation
• Préparer les cartes de navette spéciale avec l’actualisation de fichier de suivi.
• Demande de la visualisation CCTV
• Support des projets exploitation.

• Assurer le support et l’intérim en cas d’absence de Responsable ADN

Profil recherché :

• Ingénieur industriel fraichement diplômé (De préférence option logistique).

Horaires :

• Du lundi au Vendredi Du 08h30 à 13h00 et 13h30 à 17h30
