Job Summary

The entry-level Supply Chain Process Lead assists in planning and coordinating processes associated with Supply-Chain standard work. Main job responsibilities are creating executive-level presentations and communications that combine visual storytelling, concise messaging, and business insights. Responsible for supporting the implementation of basic process improvements under manager supervision.

Job Description

What You'll Do:

• Develop and design executive-level PowerPoint presentations, leadership communications, and visual materials for senior leadership audiences.
• Transform complex business information, strategies, and data into clear, concise, and compelling executive narratives.
• Partner with business leaders, stakeholders, and subject matter experts to gather content and develop audience-focused presentations.
• Utilize Microsoft Copilot, ChatGPT, and other approved AI tools to enhance content creation, presentation design, research, and productivity.
• Ensure all presentations and communication materials meet executive standards for quality, accuracy, branding, formatting, and visual impact.
• Apply visual storytelling techniques, including graphics, infographics, and presentation best practices, to improve audience engagement and understanding.
• Provide recommendations to improve the visual design and executive storytelling of reports and dashboards. While not responsible for report or dashboard development, this role may collaborate with reporting and analytics teams to enhance executive-facing content.

What We're Looking For:

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field or equivalent as defined in experience requirements. If no degree, 4 years of work experience required.
• No prior experience required, but internships, related coursework preferred.
  

Other Must Haves:

• Advanced Microsoft PowerPoint experience, including development of executive-level presentations.
• Experience with Microsoft Copilot, ChatGPT, or similar AI tools preferred.
• Strong business writing, editing, and communication skills.
• Ability to simplify complex concepts and create compelling visual and written narratives.
• Experience supporting executive leaders and preparing materials for leadership or board-level audiences preferred.
• Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to high-quality deliverables.
• Strong organizational, project management, and time management skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong collaboration skills with business leaders, subject matter experts, designers, developers, and other stakeholders.
• Understanding of presentation design, visual communication, and storytelling principles.
• Knowledge of dashboard and reporting fundamentals is a plus, but this is not a reporting, analytics, or Power BI development role.

Compensation Range:

$74,000.00 - $90,000.00

The Physical Demand Level for this job is: S – Sedentary Work: Exerting up to 10 pounds of force occasionally (Occasionally: activity or condition exists up to 1/3 of the time) and/or a negligible amount of force frequently. (Frequently: activity or condition exists from 1/3 to 2/3 of the time) to lift, carry, push, pull or otherwise move objects, including the human body.
