Scope of Work:
The Consultant shall provide specialised professional services for the implementation, enhancement, integration, governance, optimisation, and operational support of the Oracle Identity and Access Management (IAM) platform. The engagement shall focus on strengthening identity governance, automating access lifecycle management, and ensuring seamless integration with enterprise systems while maintaining high availability and security. The Consultant shall be responsible for designing, implementing, configuring, testing, documenting, and supporting the following activities:

1. Enterprise Directory Integration: Configure and optimise bidirectional, real-time user identity synchronisation between Oracle IAM, Microsoft Active Directory (AD), and Google Workspace, ensuring consistent identity information, automated lifecycle management, and minimal synchronisation latency.
2. Integration with Internal Business Applications: Design, implement, and maintain seamless integration of Oracle IAM with the organisation's internal and custom developed applications, namely JISR (HR Solution) and the Internal Administration Portal, ensuring near 100% service availability, real-time identity synchronisation, automated user provisioning and de-provisioning, role-based access assignments, and enhanced access provisioning workflows with minimal manual intervention.
3. Third-Party Application Integration: Integrate Oracle IAM with enterprise applications and cloud services, including but not limited to Slack, Jira, and other standard third-party applications, enabling automated identity lifecycle management, Single Sign-On (where applicable), and centralised access governance.
4. Identity Governance Workflow Management: Develop, customise, maintain, and continuously enhance identity governance workflows, approval processes, role management, segregation of duties (SoD) and workflows to align with organisational security policies and operational requirements.
5. Access Governance and Compliance: Configure Oracle IAM to ensure that all user access requests, modifications, and revocations are processed strictly through approved governance workflows. The Consultant shall implement appropriate controls to achieve full compliance with the organisation's access governance policies and ensure that no access is provisioned outside authorised approval mechanisms.
6. Compliance Reporting and Audit Support: Develop standardised reporting templates, dashboards, and automated reports for compliance monitoring, user access reviews, access reporting, certification campaigns, audit requirements, and regulatory reporting. The Consultant shall also enable audit activities by configuring automated technical evidence and reporting capabilities from the IAM platform.
7. Platform Administration and Maintenance: Perform routine administration, health monitoring, troubleshooting, performance optimisation, configuration updates, and preventive maintenance activities to ensure the Oracle IAM platform remains secure, stable, and fully operational.
8. Knowledge Transfer and Operational Readiness: Conduct structured knowledge transfer sessions, technical workshops, and hands-on training for the organisation's operational and support teams. The Consultant shall
provide prepare technical documentation, configuration guides, operational procedures, and best practices to enable effective long-term management and support of the deployed Oracle IAM solution.

The Consultant shall deliver all services in accordance with industry best practices, Oracle implementation standards, and the organisation's security and governance requirements, ensuring a secure, scalable, resilient, and fully governed identity and access management environment.
