Membership Administrator F.H. Furr Plumbing, Heating, Air Conditioning & Electrical Manassas, VA Overview We're seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Membership Administrator to support our Preferred Partner Plan membership program. This role serves as a key point of contact for customers across F.H. Furr and our sister companies throughout the Atlantic South Region, assisting with membership inquiries, renewals, account maintenance, and customer support. Who Are We? F.H. - Serve as a primary point of contact for Preferred Partner Plan members across F.H. Furr and affiliated sister companies throughout the Atlantic South Region
- Assist customers with questions regarding membership benefits, coverage, renewals, and account updates
- Process new memberships, renewals, upgrades, transfers, and cancellations
- Maintain accurate customer and membership records within company systems
- Professionally manage inbound and outbound customer communications
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure membership benefits are delivered consistently and efficiently
- Resolve customer concerns in a timely and professional manner
- Support field personnel and other departments as needed
- Handle administrative tasks, reporting, and data entry to ensure smooth day-to-day operations
- High school diploma or GED
- Prior customer service, administrative, or membership support experience preferred
- Strong ability to identify customer needs and provide appropriate solutions
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
- Dedication to meeting attendance requirements and demonstrating reliability
- Team-player mentality with a willingness to collaborate across departments
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Clear and effective verbal and written communication skills
- Strong customer service skills and a helpful attitude
- Navigating multiple software systems with ease and proficiency
- Attention to detail and accuracy in administrative tasks
- Monday through Friday
