About PACE North
PACE stands for Program of All-Inclusive Care for the Elderly. We help adults age 55 and older remain independent and living in their own homes by providing comprehensive healthcare and support services.
Since opening in Northern Michigan in 2019, PACE North has continued to grow thanks to our unique, participant-centered approach to care. Our team serves older adults both at our state-of-the-art Day Center in Traverse City and in their homes throughout the region.

What You'll Do
As our Receptionist, you'll be the first person participants, families, vendors, and visitors interact with. Your positive attitude and exceptional customer service help create a welcoming experience for everyone who contacts PACE North.
Responsibilities include:
- Greeting visitors and participants with warmth and professionalism
- Answering and directing incoming phone calls
- Assisting participants, family members, and guests with questions
- Providing administrative support to various departments
- Managing incoming and outgoing correspondence
- Maintaining front desk operations and reception area organization
- Utilizing Microsoft 365 and other office technology systems
- Supporting a positive and professional environment for participants and team members
Requirements
What We're Looking For
We're seeking someone who is compassionate, dependable, and enjoys serving others.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- CPR certification preferred (training available)
- Approximately one year of administrative, receptionist, or customer service experience preferred
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Proficiency with computers and office software
- Ability to multitask while maintaining a friendly, professional demeanor
- Passion for serving older adults and supporting a mission-driven organization
