Job Description Summary

Lead Project Management Specialist responsible for project planning, scheduling, and cost control activities for large turnkey projects, ensuring on-time and on-budget delivery throughout the project lifecycle;
Works closely with project teams, finance, and stakeholders to provide accurate forecasting, risk management, reporting, and project controls governance.

Job Description

Essential Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain integrated project schedules, budgets, cost forecasts, and project control plans using appropriate planning and cost management tools;
• Monitor project performance, analyze schedule and cost trends, identify risks and opportunities, and provide accurate forecasts and recommendations to project teams;
• Ensure compliance with GE Vernova project controls standards, processes, procedures, reporting requirements, and governance practices;
• Collaborate with project managers, finance teams, functional leaders, and external stakeholders to manage project costs, change orders, reporting, and financial reconciliations;
• Support tendering activities, project close-out processes, continuous improvement initiatives, and the planning function across large-scale turnkey projects.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Finance, or a related field;
• Solid experience in project planning and scheduling for large turnkey or complex infrastructure projects;
• Previous experience with project cost control, budgeting, forecasting, and financial performance management;
• Advanced knowledge of Primavera and project scheduling methodologies, with the ability to manage integrated project plans;
• Previous experience supporting construction, commissioning, energy, industrial, or grid infrastructure projects.
