Enterprise Job Description:
Responsible for MGIA/MGI strategy including Tech enhancements, FSA feedback, product launches, ongoing tech issues, Enrollment Notes tool design, supervision partnership, PWA strategy.
Include owning ongoing tech issue resolution, upcoming product enhancements, design strategy, Incorporation of FSA feedback, Notes tool enhancements and design changes.
• Implements improvements to drive the growth of overall processes and identifies data, metrics, and key performance indicators to measure process effectiveness
• Develops and analyzes procedures to enhance unit and/or product-related activities
• Builds partnerships across the bank, integrates and drives strategic management activities, and mentors specialists to deliver a client relationship focused culture
• Identifies process improvement opportunities, influence, and build processes
• Drives collaborative message in partnership with process owners and business controls
• Oversees budget and expense management, reports, and forecasts for specific areas
