Regulatory Reporting & Governance

  • Ensure regulatory reporting obligations are completed accurately, timely, and in accordance with all applicable regulatory and corporate requirements.

  • Maintain robust governance, controls, and procedures supporting financial and regulatory reporting activities.

  • Serve as a key partner during regulatory examinations, audits, risk assessments, and compliance reviews.

  • Monitor emerging regulatory requirements and proactively implement necessary reporting and control enhancements.

  • Establish clear accountability for reporting accuracy, issue management, and remediation activities.

Risk Management & Controls

  • Ensure compliance with enterprise risk, control, and operational excellence standards.

  • Drive timely resolution of reporting exceptions, control gaps, audit findings, and regulatory matters.

  • Promote a culture of accountability, transparency, and operational discipline.

Global Operations & Offshore Leadership

  • Establish performance standards, governance structures, and service-level expectations across global reporting functions.

  • Ensure effective workforce planning, capacity management, talent development, and succession planning across locations.

  • Drive knowledge transfer, cross-training, and operational consistency between domestic and offshore teams.

  • Partner with enterprise shared services leaders to maximize effectiveness, resiliency, and scalability of global reporting operations.

Operating Model Transformation

  • Develop and execute a long-term Operating Model Transformation strategy to simplify, standardize, and optimize reporting activities across the organization.

  • Identify opportunities to migrate, standardize, and optimize reporting processes where appropriate while maintaining strong controls and service quality.

  • Partner with Transformation, Technology, and Operations teams to implement scalable solutions that reduce operational risk and improve efficiency.

  • Lead organizational change initiatives associated with process redesign, automation, workforce transformation, and operating model evolution, in conjunction with Transformation.

  • Establish metrics and governance to measure effectiveness, service quality, and business outcomes associated with transformed operating model capabilities.

Data, Technology & Continuous Improvement

  • Champion reporting modernization through automation, AI-enabled capabilities, workflow optimization, and advanced analytics.

  • Partner with Technology and Data Management teams to improve reporting platforms, data quality, lineage, and governance practices.

  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives focused on simplification, standardization, efficiency, and scalability.

  • Leverage data insights to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for business improvement.

Leadership & Talent Development

  • Lead, coach, and develop a team of managers and reporting professionals.

  • Build a high-performing culture focused on accountability, collaboration, innovation, and client service.
