Senior Marketing Manager

Gordian is seeking a strategic, results-driven Senior Marketing Manager to lead marketing strategy for the RSMeans business while overseeing engagement across the Contractor customer lifecycle. In this role, you will own the development and execution of marketing programs that drive growth, retention, and customer value for the RSMeans portfolio. You will also provide strategic leadership for Contractor Marketing, guiding outreach and engagement initiatives through a dedicated direct report.

What You'll Do RSMeans Business Ownership

• Serve as the marketing lead for the RSMeans business, owning strategy, planning, and execution.
• Develop and execute audience strategies, messaging, and integrated marketing programs that drive customer acquisition, retention, and revenue growth.
• Partner with Product, Sales, and Customer Success teams to support business objectives and product adoption.
• Monitor business performance and identify opportunities to increase customer value and market growth.

Contractor Engagement Leadership

• Own the strategy for contractor outreach and engagement.
• Lead and develop a dedicated Contractor Marketing team member.
• Create programs that help contractors successfully adopt Gordian solutions and realize value faster.
• Develop content, campaigns, and communications that strengthen contractor relationships and drive long-term engagement.

What You Bring

• 7+ years of experience in B2B marketing, demand generation, customer marketing, product marketing, or go-to-market strategy.
• Experience owning a product portfolio, business unit, customer segment, or industry vertical.
• Proven success developing marketing programs that drive customer acquisition, adoption, engagement, and retention.
• Strong leadership, communication, stakeholder management, and project management skills.
• Ability to translate business objectives into measurable marketing outcomes.

Nice to Have

• Experience in construction, contractor services, facilities management, or infrastructure-related industries.
• Familiarity with estimating, procurement, project planning, or cost data solutions.
• Knowledge of RSMeans, Job Order Contracting (JOC), or Gordian's solution portfolio.
• Experience managing or mentoring team members.

Pay Range

The salary range for this position (in local currency) is 114,100.00 - 190,500.00
