Heartline Staffing is recruiting a Bilingual Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant for an established outpatient primary care practice in Winston-Salem, North Carolina. This position provides comprehensive primary care to adult patients ages 17 and older and offers a four-day workweek with dedicated administrative time that may be completed remotely.

POSITION OVERVIEW
• Four-Day Workweek
• Outpatient Primary Care
• Adult Patients Ages 17 And Older
• Built-In Administrative Time
• Administrative Work May Be Completed From Home
• Phone-Only Call Approximately Every 12 Weeks
• Approximately 20-25 Patients Per Day
• Experienced Support Staff
• Established EMR
• Clinic Closed December 24 Through January 2 Each Year

COMPENSATION
• Base Salary: $105,000-$150,000
• Profit Sharing: Typically $15,000-$20,000 Annually

SCHEDULE
• Four-Day Workweek
• Built-In Administrative Time
• Administrative Work May Be Completed From Home
• Phone-Only Call Approximately Every 12 Weeks
• Clinic Closed December 24 Through January 2 Each Year

ROLE
• Provide Comprehensive Outpatient Primary Care
• Care For Adult Patients Ages 17 And Older
• Provide Relationship-Based Primary Care
• Perform Minor Office Procedures Or Develop Those Skills
• Work As Part Of A Collaborative Clinical Team
• Manage Approximately 20-25 Patients Per Day

Requirements

Requirements
• Active North Carolina Nurse Practitioner Or Physician Assistant License REQUIRED
• Minimum 1 Year Of Primary Care Experience REQUIRED
• Fluent In Spanish REQUIRED
• Comfortable Providing Primary Care To Adults Ages 17 And Older REQUIRED

Preferred
• Experience Performing Minor Office Procedures Preferred
• Interest In Expanding Minor Office Procedure Skills Preferred
