As a Project Manager Project Management on our Corporate team, you’ll play a vital part in building the frameworks, relationships, and processes that keep Infineon’s Business thriving. Are you in? Your role Key responsibilities in your new role Plan, organize, lead, and control Backend Development

projects to achieve project targets in terms of timeline, quality, cost, and

budget. Monitor, track, and report project status to

stakeholders, ensuring timely communication and escalation of issues when

required. Manage the full project life cycle, from project

initiation through milestone delivery, project closure, and handover to

sustaining operations. Plan, organize, and control projects or sub-projects

of minor complexity (up to Project Classification Class D), considering project

risks, impacts, and scope. Form, lead, and manage medium-sized cross-functional

project teams, assigning responsibilities to sub-project managers and project

team members. Organize project activities and allocate resources

effectively to ensure timely achievement of project milestones and

deliverables. Take full responsibility for operational decisions

within the project and ensure successful achievement of project objectives in

terms of time, quality, cost, and budget. Serve as the primary communication interface for

project-related matters, representing Backend Development in interactions with

other Infineon divisions, including Business Lines, Central Functions, PTI, and

Front-End Fabs. Utilize Infineon project management tools to structure

projects, monitor progress, and maintain project reporting and documentation. Drive project-related problem-solving activities using

standard Infineon methodologies, including 8D, 5 Whys, and other

troubleshooting approaches. Continuously monitor project quality and progress,

ensuring project goals are achieved while effectively managing challenges,

changes, and evolving project requirements. Your profile Qualifications and skills to help you succeed  Master’s or Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering

(Semiconductor Technology, Microelectronics, Automation, Mechanical,

Electrical, Physics, or related disciplines). Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification is

preferred. Minimum 6 years of relevant working experience,

including at least 2 years of project leadership experience. Solid knowledge of project management, including

project initiation, planning, execution, closure, reporting, and documentation. Good knowledge of semiconductor engineering and

manufacturing operations. Strong communication, collaboration, people

management, negotiation, and problem-solving skills. Ability to lead teams in structured problem-solving

using methodologies such as 8D, Is/Is Not, and FMEA. Strive for excellence and achieve the best results
