Job Description:
Position will support the Global Accounting & Reconciliation Team within Global Operations Shared Operations. Functions include but are not limited to: oversight, governance and reporting of reconciliation data. Managing tactical and strategic projects focused on improving the reconciliation space, implementing controls to reduce risk across the recon utility, production of metric driven reports to reconciliation owners and overall support of the operating model.

Key responsibilities include ensuring trading and operational activities are completed accurately and before deadlines, researching and resolving complex issues, and simplifying client interactions. Job expectations include being customer oriented and data driven, while focusing on continuous improvement. The position will support the Global Markets Shared Operations Data Governance and Reporting Team.
Responsibilities:
- Drives Initiatives involving artificial intelligence/machine learning to automate processes and implement predictive analysis for root cause of exceptions.
- Development and implementation of metrics related to reconciliation health and optimization.
- Deep dive analysis of reconciliation functions and overall process to identify control gaps and process improvement opportunities.
- Performs tasks accurately during high volume periods in a team environment
- Improves and simplifies the client experience, reducing manual touchpoints
- Supports the implementation of new processes to improve the overall business operating model
- Identifies and flags potential risks in a timely manner
Required Qualifications:
- 3 years or more of intermediate or advanced-level experience working with data sets and Data analytics applications (Tableau, Alteryx, Excel, Etc)
- Global Markets experience or familiarity with reconciliation systems / design
- Presentable, confident and objective focused. Ability to conduct discussions with all levels of the organization, including senior management, in a confident manner.
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) and ability to present to an audience.
- Ability to work under pressure in a team environment.
- Demonstrated experience liaising with and influencing all levels of the firm and people with different experiences and backgrounds.
