The Role and Impact As a Module Equipment Technician, you will play a critical role in supporting Intel's manufacturing processes. This hands-on position ensures the smooth operation of cutting-edge semiconductor manufacturing equipment, directly impacting Intel's ability to deliver innovative products at scale. By maintaining, repairing, and optimizing sophisticated machinery, you will contribute to Intel's mission of creating world-changing technology that enriches the lives of every person on earth. Working closely with engineering teams, you will play a pivotal role in driving performance, reliability, and continuous improvement in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Key Responsibilities - Follow SOP and factory operation policy to perform related job. - Perform electrical and mechanical troubleshooting to identify and resolve equipment malfunctions efficiently. - Dismantle, repair, adjust, and assemble manufacturing equipment following blueprints, repair manuals, and technical diagrams. - Execute equipment setup, calibration, and preventative maintenance to ensure optimal operational efficiency. - Collaborate with suppliers for service and repairs as required to maintain equipment performance. - Monitor and analyze equipment performance data to identify trends, resolve tool and module-related issues, and implement solutions to enhance reliability. - Document system performance, generate reports on equipment failures, and update or create specifications to drive continuous improvements. - Partner with Module Engineering teams to conduct experiments, implement equipment configuration changes, and perform controlled data collection. - Assist with the installation, setup, and conversion of manufacturing tools during factory ramp-ups, ensuring adherence to design and operational requirements.

Qualifications:

Minimum Qualifications - Technical diploma in mechanical, electrical, or electronic systems. equivalent. - Proficiency in operating production equipment or automated systems. - Basic computer skills for documentation and data collection purposes. - Familiarity with quality control processes and standards. - Basic reading and written English ability. Preferred Qualifications - Proven ability to troubleshoot technical issues in a collaborative team setting. - Strong attention to detail and ability to work with precision in fast-paced environments. - Demonstrated commitment to continuous learning and professional growth.
