- Mowing.
- Trimming.
- Plant care.
- Debris removal.
- Parking lot maintenance.
- Window washing / Power washing.
- Irrigation repair (experience with that is a plus, but not required).
- Maintains company standards for cleanliness, safety, and productivity.
- Drive company vehicles as needed to pick up parts and supplies.
Compensation:
- The compensation for this role will range between $25 -30 per hour, depending on experience.
- The position will be 40 hours/per week, with the potential for overtime depending on the needs of the company.

Qualifications:
- Must pass a company driver’s license check.
- Valid US driver's license with a clean driving record with the ability to drive company-insured vehicles.
- Company vehicle and tools provided.
- Ability to lift up to 80 pounds.
- Must be willing and able to work outdoors and on your feet for extended periods.
- Possess a Mechanical aptitude, willing to accept direction, and be able to learn new skills.
- Ability to prioritize and work without supervision required.
- Proficient in basic computer applications and software such as MS Office, E-Mail, etc.
