Responsibilities
- Deliver on volume & NOPBT plans in export model countries.
- Managing export monthly forecast cross-functionally with the sales department to achieve the required sales objectives.
- Assess the orders received from the sales team to ensure the fulfilment from supply standpoint and negotiate the product availability dates based on the capacity/materials availability assessment outcome.
- Manage the materials sufficiency with the materials team and connect with the production planning team to set the production schedules to meet the customers requested dates and the vessel/trucks cut off dates.
- Lead the export shipping process implementation in effective and efficient way.
- Partner with the logistics & 3PL warehouses teams to ensure the loading process is on track.
- Revise all the laws and New regulations on export and inspection arrangements to make sure we can export our products easily.
- Build a strong understating of export/import rules and regulations covering all related items (freight, documentation, custom regulations, etc...).
- Issuing of all shipments related documents including BL, Invoice, packing list, CO, EUR 1, health certificate (HC) and all other documents.
- Partner with the finance department to resolve any accounts issues and update clients balance in order to release SAP orders.
- Reported SC Export KPIs (Order Compliance - OC VS Order Fulfillment – OF).
- Communicate with government agencies such as: National Food Safety Authority (NFSA) to fulfill any government related requirements.
- Deliver Chipsy Samples based on the country specific requirements e.g. Nuclear Health Power for Tunisia .
- Support sales team in the shipments coordination with international freight forwarder and the different shipping lines .
- Revise and receive export freight forwarders invoices through Acquila to ensure data accuracy.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree (Preferred Engineering degree)
- Minimum experience 1-3 years in relevant field (Supply Planning & Logistic).
- System user (Ability to use SAP, Acquila, and data base).
- Well written & spoken of English language.
- Excellent Microsoft Skills.
- Strong communication skills & ability to manage different stakeholders.
- Strong analysis mindset & skills.
