Reports to: Treasury Manager

Key responsibilities:

• Supporting the Treasury Manager across treasury activities, including cash management, FX hedging, banking relationship management, treasury operations, and business/credit risk management. Includes but not limited to:
• Conduct daily treasury operations and transactions in an accurate and timely manner,
• Analyse the organization’s revenues, liabilities, credit conditions and other financial indicators to forecast the organization’s short, medium and long-term cash flow position,
• Research financial institutions’ products, investment options, funding sources and financial instruments to provide accurate and timely information for evaluating alternatives,
• Analyse and execute FX transactions,
• Record daily cash transactions and compile, verify, and analyse cash flow information to prepare accurate daily, weekly, and monthly cash status reports.
• Maintain bank account signers master list and assist with e-Banking system administration.
• Maintain and update all global entities bank accounts and cash pool accounts in Treasury Management System.
• Assist with bank guarantee applications and data maintenance.
• Maintain trade finance transactions, FX deals, and loans in the system.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or a related field, 
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience.
• Understanding of treasury operations, cash management, banking, payments, and foreign exchange (FX).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including formulas, lookups, and pivot tables.
• Strong numerical and analytical skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to work accurately with financial data and meet deadlines.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Previous experience in treasury, finance, accounting, or banking.
• Experience working in an international environment is an advantage.
• Practical knowledge of treasury management systems (TMS), ERP software, or digital banking portals.
