What You’ll Do

• Prepare and enter alphabetic and numeric data from source documents into system databases
• Review documents for errors or missing information and resolve or escalate as needed
• Verify and validate case data using various websites to ensure accuracy
• Maintain data accuracy by checking entries against source documents and correcting errors
• Follow data security procedures, perform daily backups, and ensure HIPAA compliance
• Handle clerical tasks such as filing, sorting, emailing, proofreading, and other assigned duties

Key Criteria

• 2+ years of voice or administrative support experience, preferably in healthcare
• Proficient in handling high-volume data entry and outbound call management, with a background in supporting US-based clients
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and similar software, with accurate typing skills (minimum 40 WPM)
• Knowledge of HIPAA regulations and commitment to maintaining confidentiality
• Excellent attention to detail, time management, and task prioritization

Work setup:

• Manila (BGC, Taguig): 8:00AM to 5:00PM Central Standard Time (10:00PM – 7:00AM PHT) with a full onsite model.
