Job Summary and Responsibilities

As a Project Manager, you will plan, execute, and close complex projects, ensuring timely, on-budget, and specified delivery. Your leadership is pivotal for successful project outcomes.Every day you will define scope, objectives, and deliverables, develop plans, manage resources, and track progress, while proactively mitigating risks. You will also facilitate communication, lead project teams, and ensure adherence to best practices.To be successful, you need strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills, with proven project management experience. Your ability to inspire collaboration, adapt to change, and navigate complex challenges will be paramount for consistent project successes and strategic growth.

  • Leads, coordinates and facilitates performance improvement team projects and initiatives.
  • Identifies performance improvement opportunities as the relate to outcomes, values and/or business objectives. Analyzes and assesses clinical practices for opportunities to improve healthcare delivery.
  • Applies accepted standards, tools and mothodologies to uphold data-based performance imrpovement activities/initiatives.
  • Contributes to the overal clinical effectiveness function by serving as a representative at team meetings, committees and performing clinical data audits analysis and audit functions.

Job Requirements

Required

  • Oregon RN License
  • Five (5) years of related work experience that demonstrates the attainment of the requisite job knowledge, skills and abilities, including experience in outcomes measurement, risk assessment, data analysis/reporting and management of clinical work teams.

Preferred

  • Bachelor's in Nursing or other Healthcare discipline
