Job Summary
Seeking dynamic and driven Middle Market Commercial Lines Producers to join a growing team. Responsibilities
- Generate new business opportunities and secure appointments with prospective clients.
- Focus on middle-market construction accounts, managing accounts with revenue ranging from $25,000 to $100,000.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with C-level clientele and other decision-makers.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction.
- Attend client meetings and participate in local travel as needed to support business development efforts.
Qualifications/Requirements
- Licenses/Designations: Property & Casualty (P&C) license required.
- Experience:
- Proven sales experience with a strong drive to achieve and exceed targets.
- Experience in construction sales, finance, or capital markets is a plus.
- Willingness to learn the insurance side of the business if coming from a construction background.
- Skills:
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a strong motivation to succeed.
- Sophistication and professionalism to engage with high-level executives.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with relevant software tools is a plus.
- Location: Fully remote within the Tri-State area, with the ability to travel locally for client meetings and team collaboration.
