What You’ll Do
- Promote and manage leisure business operations across Europe.
- Execute European leisure business objectives while ensuring full contractual compliance.
- Lead, supervise, and support dedicated leisure agents in daily operations and ensure adequate coverage across leisure operations.
- Resolve escalated customer and vendor issues promptly and professionally and recommend effective corrective actions.
- Oversee leisure website maintenance, online reservations, and call handling.
- Provide ongoing field product training and support for AFWW & ARMY OCONUS programs.
- Maintain strong relationships with vendors and internal stakeholders.
- Conduct site visits to leisure offices throughout Germany.
- Monitor and manage leisure commissions, accounting tasks, and operational reporting.
- Ensure alignment with company policies and uphold a positive, professional company image.
What We’re Looking For
- 5–8 years of experience with leisure non‑air travel products and vendor management.
- Strong knowledge of German vendor management practices.
- Demonstrated leadership and people‑management experience, strong team‑building abilities and an effective, motivational management style
- Excellent communication skills (written, verbal, and presentation).
- Proficiency in English and German.
- Strong PC and GDS system skills. (SABRE preferred)
- Ability to evaluate complex situations and make sound business decisions.
- High level of professionalism when interacting with senior management, clients, and vendors.
- Superior organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities, experience in operations management (preferred).
- Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment and maintain high efficiency.
