We’re looking for a detail-oriented and analytical professional who will support our operations through data management, reporting, and operational administration as
Warehouse Operation Import Clerk in our main facility at Koropi :
Work for us and help us move our world forward by delivering what matters.
Responsibilities:
Create, maintain, and analyze operational reports for the Import Operations team and other business departments.
Manage and process large volumes of operational data, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and timely delivery of reports.
Extract, validate, and interpret data to support operational decision-making
Handling package-related administration
Liaise with internal departments to support reporting and operational requirements
Provide operational support and cover for warehouse personnel when required.
Perform general operational and administrative tasks based on business needs and workload priorities.
Working hours:
04:00 AM – 12:00 PM - Monday to Friday
Required Qualifications:
Secondary or higher education qualification
Advanced Computer skills, particularly in Excel (Pivot tables, Formulas, data analysis ) and Access
Experience working with large datasets and reporting tools will be taken in consideration
High attention to detail and accuracy
Good communication skills in Greek and English.
Team-oriented mindset with flexibility and adaptability.
Ability to perform effectively under pressure.
Preferred Qualifications
Previous experience in logistics, transportation, warehousing, or a similar operational environment.
Experience in data reporting, operational analytics, or business support functions.
