Description
We are hiring a Sales Manager for a rapidly expanding China-based energy-storage manufacturer focused on Distributed Commercial & Industrial (C&I) Energy Storage Solutions across emerging APAC markets.
This is a high-impact opportunity for a locally based sales professional who understands the regional energy-storage market, has established channel relationships, and can drive projects from business development through commercial closure.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and expand the energy-storage business across Pakistan or Bangladesh.
- Identify, develop, and manage distributors, EPC partners, system integrators, and key customers.
- Build and maintain a strong local sales pipeline and channel network.
- Drive new project opportunities from lead generation through negotiation and closure.
- Develop relationships with C&I customers and energy-storage stakeholders.
- Track market trends, competitor activity, regulations, and emerging opportunities.
- Coordinate with technical and internal teams to support project development and execution.
- Maintain long-term customer and channel relationships to support sustainable revenue growth.
Candidate Requirements
- Local national of Pakistan or Bangladesh.
- Minimum 2+ years of overseas energy-storage sales experience.
- Proven experience with live energy-storage projects in the local market.
- Strong existing channel network, with 5+ relevant channel resources.
- Experience in C&I energy storage, BESS, renewable energy, or related solutions.
- Strong business development, negotiation, and customer relationship skills.
- Business-level English is required.
- Urdu for Pakistan or Bengali for Bangladesh is required.
- Chinese language skills will be an advantage.
- Willingness to travel within the assigned market.
