Position Summary
The Partner Relationship Manager is responsible for managing partners, scaling revenue and assist with optimizing strategic insurance benefits & retirement partnerships that drive revenue growth, product adoption, and an exceptional customer experience across the PrismHR ecosystem. This role serves as the primary point of contact for assigned partners and plays a critical role throughout the partner lifecycle – supporting new partner onboarding, ongoing relationship management, and collaboration with Advisory and Broker of Record (BOR) operations.
Compensation range: $95k - 104K
The Partner Relationship Manager works cross-functionally with Sales, Client Growth Managers (CGMs), Client Success, Product, Marketing, Finance, Legal, and Advisory Operations to ensure partners are positioned, enabled, and operationally aligned for success. This individual builds deep, multi-level relationships with partners, establishes shared goals, and performance expectations, and continuously identifies opportunities to improve adoption, operational effectiveness, and long-term growth.
This role is both strategic and execution-focused, requiring strong partner leadership, operational coordination, and the ability to navigate complex insurance and benefits environments while maintaining clear accountability and measurable outcomes.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
1. Ongoing partner relationship management
• Serve as the primary relationship owner for assigned partners, maintaining strong, multi-threaded relationships across sales, operations, product, and leadership.
• Set and manage mutually agreed-upon annual goals and KPIs with each partner, including revenue targets, adoption metrics, service levels, and operational performance.
• Lead regular partner touchpoints and Quarterly/Annual Business Reviews focused on performance, pipeline, operational effectiveness, and strategic alignment.
• Collaborate with internal teams (Sales, CGMs, Client Success, Product, Marketing, Finance, and Advisory Operations) to ensure partner offerings are positioned, sold, and supported effectively.
• Act as an internal ambassador for partner offerings—ensuring sales teams are enabled, messaging is accurate, and expectations are clearly set.
• Identify growth opportunities within the PrismHR HRO ecosystem and implement targeted initiatives to increase penetration, adoption, and revenue.
• Facilitate ongoing feedback loops between partners and PrismHR Product/Operations teams to address issues, improve integrations, and enhance the overall offering.
• Support partner participation in PrismHR events (e.g., PrismHR LIVE), including sponsorship alignment and execution.
• Provide clear, consistent reporting on partner performance, risks, opportunities, and outcomes.
2. Onboarding New Partners
Own or support the structured onboarding of new insurance, benefits, and advisory partners to ensure readiness for launch, sales alignment, and operational success.
• Coordinate cross-functional onboarding efforts across Legal, Finance, Product, Sales Enablement, Marketing, and Advisory/BOR Operations.
• Support contract execution and alignment (e.g., commercial terms, commission structures, BOR requirements, data-sharing expectations).
• Partner with internal teams to define and document onboarding requirements, workflows, and readiness criteria prior to launch.
• Ensure new partners are properly enabled for PrismHR sales teams, including product training, positioning, processes, and support models.
• Partner with Marketing and Sales leadership to align go-to-market strategy, launch timing, and adoption goals.
• Act as a central point of coordination during early-stage partner lifecycle to ensure issues are identified and resolved quickly.
• Confirm handoff from onboarding to steady-state partner management with clear ownership and success metrics.
3. Assistance with Advisory & BOR Operations
Support the operational execution and scalability of PrismHR's Insurance Advisory, Broker of Record (BOR), and related services.
• Work closely with Advisory/BOR Operations teams to ensure partners are aligned with PrismHR advisory workflows, compliance requirements, and service standards.
• Assist in coordinating partner involvement in BOR transitions, advisory engagements, and ongoing service delivery as needed.
• Help identify and resolve operational gaps impacting client experience, enrollment outcomes, or revenue realization.
• Support documentation, process refinement, and communication needed to scale advisory and BOR-supported offerings.
• Act as a liaison between partners and internal operations teams when issues arise, ensuring accountability and timely resolution.
• Contribute to continuous improvement efforts to streamline advisory-enabled partner processes and reduce friction for clients, CGMs, and sales teams.
Marginal Functions
• Build, maintain and promote relationships with team members, peers across disciplines, and all other company team members ensuring effective coordination of communications and services affecting clients.
• Attend webinars and training to stay up to date on best practices related to the company and department.
• Complete projects and other duties as assigned by supervisor.

Required Education & Experience
• Bachelor's degree or additional degree(s) preferred
