Role Purpose
-Own capacity analysis and readiness planning for the HTY and MSI volume ramp, translating volume forecasts into integrated capacity, manpower, storage, system and process plans.
-Act as the Micron project manager for FG ramp readiness, driving cross-functional actions, 3PL governance and management reporting.
Capacity Analysis & Industrial Engineering
-Build and maintain capacity models across receiving, storage, VAS and shipment; identify bottlenecks and headroom by week and by month.
-Run time-and-motion and line-balancing studies to validate standard times, manpower, equipment and space requirements.
-Apply lean manufacturing methods (value stream mapping, standard work, waste elimination, kaizen) to improve throughput and cost per unit.
-Model what-if scenarios for upside volume, shift patterns and contingency plans.
Data Management & Dashboards
-Consolidate operational data from SAP/S4, WMS/ATMES and 3PL feeds into one trusted dataset; own data definitions, quality and refresh cycles.
-Design and maintain dashboards and KPI reporting - capacity utilisation, backlog, cycle time, inventory accuracy, 3PL performance and on-time shipment.
-Convert analysis into decision-ready insight: constraints, risks, options and recommended actions for management.
Project & Stakeholder Management
-Run the ramp-readiness project plan: milestones, dependencies, RAID log, action tracking and closure.
-Chair readiness reviews with FG & Logistics, Planning, IT, Security and 3PL partners; escalate unresolved or high-risk gaps.
-Independently validate 3PL capacity, resourcing, controls and recovery plans against committed volumes.
-Support security, compliance and audit follow-through, including evidence tracking and corrective-action closure.
Required Skills & Experience
-5-10 years in manufacturing, finished-goods or supply-chain operations, with hands-on capacity planning ownership.
-Lean manufacturing or industrial engineering background: time-and-motion study, standard time setting, line balancing, VSM; Green Belt or equivalent preferred.
-Strong data skills - Excel modelling, SQL and Power BI or Tableau; able to build and maintain dashboards without IT dependency.
-Project management capability: planning, tracking, risk management and stakeholder alignment; PMP or equivalent a plus.
-Working knowledge of SAP/S4, WMS/ATMES and 3PL operating and cost models.
-Degree in Industrial or Manufacturing Engineering, Supply Chain, or a related discipline.
\- Active User of Artificial Intelligence tools, Leverage Aritificial intelligence, Agentic AI is a must , and able to prove efficiency and reduce reliance on manual processes.
Expectations
1\. executes analysis, reporting and coordination independently within an agreed framework.
2\. sets the framework, makes risk-based decisions, governs 3PL performance and represents FG in cross-functional escalation.
