VETERANS ARE ENCOURAGED TO APPLY

Lonestar Integrated Solutions is seeking a General Manager, Pre-Fabrication, to lead and accelerate the growth of our Pre-Fabrication business. This is a true business leadership role with full responsibility for strategy, sales, financial performance, operational scalability, and market expansion. Lonestar has already established a strong foundation with an experienced operating team and a robust portfolio of prefabrication capabilities, including conduit fabrication, wire and whip assemblies, temporary and in-wall power solutions, panel modifications, pre-wired control systems, and BIM/CAD support.

We are looking for a leader who can take ownership of the business and transform it into a major growth platform. This position requires a combination of commercial acumen, operational leadership, and strategic vision. The ideal candidate is comfortable engaging with customer executives while also understanding manufacturing, construction, and operational processes well enough to partner closely with our internal teams. Reporting to executive leadership, this role will be responsible for driving profitable growth, expanding product offerings, developing strategic customer relationships, and building an organization capable of supporting significant scale. Above all, we are looking for someone who embodies our commitment to MAKE IT HAPPEN.

Responsibilities

  • Full P&L responsibility for the Pre-Fabrication business, including revenue growth, gross profit, EBITDA performance, budgeting, forecasting, and pricing strategy.
  • Develop and execute the long-term business strategy and growth plan for the Pre-Fabrication division.
  • Lead sales and commercial initiatives, including pipeline development, customer acquisition, account expansion, and market penetration.
  • Establish and maintain executive-level relationships with key customers, strategic accounts, and industry partners.
  • Identify, evaluate, and launch new products, services, and revenue streams that expand Lonestar's prefabrication capabilities.
  • Drive expansion into new customer segments, markets, and geographic regions.
  • Partner with operations leadership to optimize manufacturing efficiency, capacity planning, quality, and scalability.
  • Evaluate and recommend capital investments that support business growth and operational excellence.
  • Develop and mentor leaders throughout the organization while building a high-performing and scalable team structure.
  • Collaborate with customers to identify field-installed electrical systems and assemblies that can be manufactured more efficiently, safely, and consistently in a controlled shop environment.
  • Champion innovation and continuously assess opportunities for modular assemblies, engineered rack systems, prewired equipment packages, industrial prefabrication solutions, data center products, temporary power products, and other value-added offerings.
  • Maintain a strong focus on customer satisfaction, operational performance, and profitable growth.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Construction Management, Manufacturing, or a related field preferred; equivalent leadership experience will be considered.
  • 10+ years of progressive leadership experience with significant P&L responsibility.
  • Proven track record of successfully growing a business, business unit, product line, or market segment.
  • Demonstrated experience developing and executing commercial growth strategies.
  • Strong financial acumen with experience managing budgets, forecasting, pricing, profitability, and business performance metrics.
  • Experience building strategic customer relationships and selling to senior executives and key decision-makers.
  • Background in electrical construction, manufacturing, industrial products, distribution, construction services, or a related industry.
  • Experience developing new products, entering new markets, or creating new revenue streams.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and organizational development skills.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with a bias toward action, accountability, and results.
  • Pre-Fabrication industry experience is preferred but not required. Candidates with a strong record of building and scaling businesses will be given strong consideration.

Preferred Experience

  • Electrical prefabrication and modular construction solutions.
  • Manufacturing operations and production planning.
  • Industrial, commercial, and data center construction markets.
  • Lean manufacturing, process improvement, and operational scalability.
  • Product development and go-to-market strategy.

What Success Looks Like

  • Significant profitable revenue growth and market share expansion.
  • Strong EBITDA and gross-margin performance.
  • Growth in strategic and national account relationships.
  • Successful introduction of new products and service offerings.
  • Expansion into new customer segments and markets.
  • Development of a healthy, sustainable commercial pipeline.
  • Creation of an organizational structure capable of supporting substantially increased volume.
  • Establishment of the Pre-Fabrication business as a primary growth engine for Lonestar Integrated Solutions.

Physical Requirements

  • Ability to travel to customer locations, manufacturing facilities, project sites, and industry events as needed. Approximately 25-50% of the time.
  • Ability to routinely operate a computer and other office productivity equipment.
  • Ability to occasionally walk manufacturing and warehouse environments.
  • Lifting up to 25 lbs. may be required infrequently.

Benefits

  • Medical, dental, life and vision insurance
  • 401(k) Retirement Plan and Match
  • Paid Time Off
  • Specified Holiday Pay
