As part of the Quality team, you will play a critical role in ensuring our products meet the highest standards of quality, safety, and compliance before they reach our customers. Where You Come In:
- You perform in-process and final document reviews to ensure accuracy, completeness, proper formatting, signatures, dates, and compliance with Good Documentation Practices (GDP).
- You maintain compliance with operating procedures and complete all required training before performing assigned tasks.
- You ensure documentation is legible, complete, and accurate.
- You inspect labels and packaging to verify compliance with established quality standards.
- You review and approve manufacturing line clearance activities to support product quality and compliance.
- You conduct in-process quality audits within manufacturing to ensure adherence to manufacturing documentation and GDP requirements.
- You assist with the Nonconforming Material Report (NCMR) process for commercial and clinical products.
- You perform in-process product inspections and testing activities for commercial and clinical products.
- You develop an understanding of manufacturing processes and quality requirements to effectively support production operations.
- You provide training and guidance to new employees on quality processes and procedures.
- You proactively take on new challenges and support additional responsibilities within the Quality department as business needs evolve.
- You maintain strong organizational practices while managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- You perform other duties and projects as assigned.

- You have experience working within a regulated environment such as medical device, manufacturing, pharmaceutical, or a related industry.

- You have proficiency with Microsoft Office applications and electronic quality systems.
- Your experience with Agile/PLM, Oracle, Camstar, or similar systems is preferred.
- You understand the importance of Good Documentation Practices (GDP), compliance, and maintaining high-quality standards in a regulated environment.

Experience and Education Requirements:
- Typically requires a minimum of 2-4 years of related experience and a High School diploma/certificate or equivalent.
