In this role, you will leverage analytics, reporting, and digital solutions to help leaders make informed decisions and drive continuous improvement in HSE performance.
What you will deliver
- Develop and maintain dashboards, datasets, and reporting solutions that deliver actionable insights to the business.
- Analyse HSE and operational data to identify trends, emerging risks, leading indicators, and improvement opportunities, enabling proactive decision-making.
- Create automated, weekly, monthly, and ad hoc reports to support leadership decision-making.
- Perform data quality checks and proactively identify and escalate gaps in reporting integrity.
- Support digital transformation initiatives by simplifying, automating, and continuously improving HSE reporting, governance, and analytics processes.
- Provide technical support and governance for reporting systems and tools used across the HSE function.
What you will need to be successful

- Familiarity with HSE, risk, assurance, incident management, and compliance processes, including exposure to systems such as OMS, eMOC, IRIS, CTM, DMS, RAT/NOVA, Libryo, SAVIYNT, Security BST, or similar enterprise platforms, would be advantageous.
- A degree or diploma in Data Science, Data Analytics, Engineering, Health & Safety, or a related field.
