This role focuses on reviewing results produced by system rules, analysing exceptions, troubleshooting data issues, and performing testing in partnership with Systems Administrators during upgrades, changes, or new releases.
The Senior WFS Administrator provides subject matter expertise across time capture and approval workflows, supporting Payroll, Supervisors, and Managers. While not responsible for system configuration, the role contributes heavily to quality assurance, defect identification, and validating system behaviour to ensure compliance and accurate payroll outcomes.
