We are currently hiring recent CDL-A graduates directly out of Gulfport, Biloxi, Harrison County, and the surrounding MS Coast area. Instead of turning away new drivers for lack of experience, our Paid Mentor Program gives you the real-world OTR miles, professional guidance, and financial stability needed to launch a successful solo driving career.

THE MENTORSHIP PROGRAM
- 4 to 6 Weeks Paid Training: Gain real OTR experience alongside an experienced mentor.

SOLO PAY & FULL BENEFITS

EQUIPMENT & FREIGHT
- Assigned Equipment: Late-model (2022 or newer) Kenworth or Freightliner with automatic transmission and APU.
- No Slip-Seating: Once assigned, the truck is yours—no shuffling gear every week.
- 100% No-Touch Freight: Dry van loads, with roughly 70% drop-and-hook.
- 2,200 to 2,800 miles per week average across established East of I-35 lanes.
SCHEDULE & HOME TIME
- 12 Days Out / 2 Days Home: Reliable, scheduled OTR rotations out of the Gulfport area.
REQUIREMENTS
- Must be at least 21 years old with a valid Class A CDL and DOT Medical Card.
- Graduate from an accredited CDL school (120+ hours) OR under 6 months of recent OTR experience.
- Clean driving record.
- Must pass a standard background check and pre-employment drug screen.
