Base Hourly Compensation

• Under one year of experience: $29.56–$31.04
• Two–three years: $32.52
• Four–five years: $33.99
• Six–seven years: $35.47

Role Overview

Anticipated responsibilities include:

• Assess respiratory care needs and communicate relevant findings to the clinical team.
• Administer prescribed respiratory treatments within the assigned scope of practice.
• Monitor patients' responses and report changes in respiratory status.
• Prepare, check, and maintain respiratory care equipment.
• Support coordinated patient care with nurses, providers, and other clinicians.
• Educate patients and caregivers on respiratory treatments as appropriate.
