Currently, we are seeking a reliable candidate to work in West St Paul, MN.
We are seeking a dependable and compassionate overnight support staff to provide one-on-one overnight support to a 22-year-old male with a physical disability.
This position involves hands-on personal care and overnight support. The ideal candidate is experienced, trustworthy, patient, respectful, and comfortable providing personal care while supporting the client's dignity, privacy, safety, and independence.
SCHEDULE:
Friday: 9pm - 7am
Saturday: 9pm - 7am
Sunday: 9pm - 7am
Overnight Responsibilities:
- Assistance with toileting and personal care as needed
- Repositioning and mobility assistance
- Assistance with nighttime routines
- Setting up and assisting with overnight medical equipment
- Light housekeeping related to the client's care
- Meal preparation as needed
- Following established care routines
- Maintaining privacy, dignity, and professional boundaries
QualificationsRequired:
- Previous caregiving or direct-care experience
- Comfortable providing hands-on and intimate personal care
- Reliable transportation to and from work
- Ability to follow established routines
- Dependable and able to work overnight shifts every weekend
Strongly Preferred:
- CNA or nursing experience
- Experience with complex care
- Experience with neuromuscular disease or complex physical care
