TWO WAYS TO QUALIFY:

Have a CDL but no towing experience? - We will train you!

Have professional tow truck experience but no CDL? - We want to talk to you!

Whether you're an experienced tow operator or looking to start a new career with your CDL, we're looking for dependable, safety-minded individuals who take pride in helping customers when they need it most.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

• Valid North Carolina Driver's License

• CDL A preferred - towing experience is not required for qualified CDL holders

• OR professional tow truck experience without a CDL

• Good driving record required

• Must pass a background check

• Must pass required DOT physical and drug screening

• Must pass FMCSA Clearinghouse check

• Must live within approximately 20 minutes of Fayetteville, NC 28301

• Willingness to participate in a rotating on-call schedule for after-hours calls

• Dependable, responsible, and able to work independently

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

• Safely operate tow trucks and transport vehicles

• Properly load, secure, and unload vehicles using towing equipment

• Provide professional, courteous customer service - even in stressful situations

• Follow all traffic laws, safety regulations, and company procedures

• Maintain a clean and professional appearance while representing Phillip's Towing Service

EXPERIENCE & SKILLS

We'll train the right CDL candidate in towing!

Experience and skills that are a plus include:

• Strong backing and maneuvering skills

• Previous towing or roadside service experience

• Basic mechanical knowledge or automotive diagnostic experience

• Experience handling a variety of vehicles and equipment

• Strong communication and time-management skills

• Self-motivated and able to work independently
