Maintenance Technician

Key Responsibilities Inspect, install, and repair plumbing systems, pipes, fixtures, leaks, and clogs.

Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on HVAC systems, electrical components, appliances, drywall, and general carpentry.

Respond to work orders and service requests in a timely and professional manner.

Assist with apartment turns and prepare vacant units for new resident move-ins.

Conduct daily inspections of buildings, common areas, and community amenities to ensure safety, cleanliness, and proper operation.

Maintain community amenities and facilities in excellent condition.

Deliver exceptional customer service to residents, vendors, and team members.

Qualifications ✔ 1 to 3 years of experience in property maintenance, apartment maintenance, facilities maintenance, or a related field.

✔ Strong plumbing and fixture repair experience.

✔ Knowledge of general maintenance, basic electrical systems, HVAC, and carpentry.

✔ Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

✔ Ability to prioritize tasks and work effectively in a team environment.

✔ Excellent communication and customer service skills.

✔ High school diploma or equivalent.

✔ Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.

What You Will Do

Master the Plumbing & Systems: Inspect, install, and repair pipes, fixtures, leaks, and blockages to keep every building system running flawlessly. Support Your Team: Partner with your staff to turn vacant units and prepare them for smooth, on-time move-ins. Be the Go-To Problem Solver: Troubleshoot service requests and perform expert repairs across HVAC, electrical, drywall, appliances, and general carpentry. Maintain the Amenities: Keep the communities amenities safe, and fully operational. Inspect & Protect: Conduct daily checks of buildings, common areas, and grounds to uphold top-tier safety and cleanliness standards. What You Will Bring To The Team

Experience: 1 - 3 years of hands-on property or facilities maintenance experience. Specialized Expertise: A skilled tradesperson with deep knowledge of plumbing and fixture repair. Leadership & Organization: Proven ability to supervise staff and manage multiple projects simultaneously. People Skills: Strong oral and written communication with a customer-first attitude.
