Member Advisor II
TRUE Community Credit Union is looking for a Full-Time Member Advisor II to join our team at our Brooklyn Branch.
As a Member Advisor II, you'll help members navigate financial decisions, celebrate milestones, and find solutions that support their goals. Every interaction is an opportunity to build trust, strengthen relationships, and create a positive member experience.

Starting at $18.00/hour (or more depending on experience)

Schedule

Monday through Friday shifts beginning as early as 8:00 a.m. and ending as late as 5:15 p.m.
- 2 to 3 Saturdays per month from 8:45 a.m. to 1:15 p.m.
What You'll Do
- Deliver exceptional customer service to members
- Process transactions accurately and efficiently
- Open and maintain deposit accounts
- Assist members with consumer loan applications
- Recommend products and services that support members' financial goals
- Educate members about fraud prevention and account security
- Build lasting relationships while navigating multiple systems and processes
Minimum Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Minimum of two years of experience in a financial institution preferred.
- Strong member service, communication, and relationship-building skills.
- Demonstrated ability to navigate multiple systems and software applications efficiently.
- Ability to multitask and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
- Lending, account opening, and sales experience preferred.
