“I can succeed as a Senior Go-to-Market Associate” 

As a Senior Associate on Capital Group Canada's Go-to-Market team, you will help lead the function and shape and execute the firm's growth agenda across business development initiatives, advisor/home office/institutional engagement opportunities, product launches, and other strategic priorities.

Working closely with leaders across Canada and the U.S., you will translate business objectives into actionable plans and lead cross-functional execution to drive measurable business outcomes.

  • You will lead cross-functional planning and execution of strategic go-to-market initiatives and growth campaigns, bringing together stakeholders from across the business
  • You will own end-to-end planning, execution, measurement, and optimization of sales and marketing initiatives that directly support business growth
  • You will partner with stakeholders across Sales, National Accounts, Marketing, Product, Analytics, Compliance, and Operations in Canada and the U.S. to align priorities, influence decisions, drive progress, and ensure successful execution. You will be a key conduit between client-facing associates and the business
  • You will lead and drive key sales enablement and operations initiatives
  • You will support the Canada Business Manager on strategic initiatives, including business planning
  • You have demonstrated experience partnering with senior stakeholders on strategic, operational, and/or sales planning and implementation
  • You have experience in one or more of the following areas: investment sales, marketing, product management, strategy, consulting, and/or project leadership
  • You have exposure (preferably) to the Canadian asset management, wealth management, and/or investment industries
  • You take initiative, are skilled at creative problem-solving, and have strong interpersonal skills

Canada Base Salary Range: $93,680.00 - $149,888.00

Capital offers a competitive compensation package that includes eligibility for two bonus programs and a contribution to the group retirement plan (subject to requirements of each plan).
