- Meets the discipline-specific productivity standard.
- Demonstrates competency in the care of patients during field observation by the clinical supervisor.
- Completes and submits documentation following established guidelines, as measured by a designated evaluation tool.
- Physician orders are present and written correctly.
- Documents follow-up of identified problems.
- Reviews and documents clinical progress toward goals.
Job Requirements
Required
- 1 year home health nursing experience in the past 5 years. Will consider an applicant with 1 year acute care Med/Surg, Tele, ICU Nursing experience in the last 5 years only when adequate staffing allows.
- Registered Nurse: CA RN License
- Basic Life Support - CPR BLS, within 30 Days
- Driver's License: CA
- Auto Insurance
Preferred
- Bachelors Of Science Nursing - BSN
- Public Health Nurse: PHN:CA
