## What you’ll do:
Eaton announced, on June 11, 20206, the intent to combine its Mobility Group (including both the Vehicle and eMobility segments) with a new company. We expect to complete this process by the end of the first half of 2027. The Deputy Maintenance Manager is responsible for ensuring the safe, reliable, efficient and cost-effective operation of production equipment, assembly systems, plant utilities and supporting infrastructure within a gear, shaft and transmission manufacturing facility.
The position will lead day-to-day mechanical, electrical and automation maintenance activities; strengthen preventive and predictive maintenance systems; improve equipment reliability; reduce breakdowns; enhance OEE; and develop the technical capability of the maintenance team.
The role holder will support the Maintenance Manager in implementing TPM, reliability engineering, energy conservation, maintenance digitalization and continuous-improvement programs across CNC machining, gear manufacturing, grinding, heat treatment, washing and transmission assembly operations.

11\. Safe execution of maintenance activities.
12\. Contractor and OEM service management.
13\. Lead maintenance and troubleshooting of plant electrical systems and machine electrical equipment
14\. Lead troubleshooting and improvement of CNC, PLC, SCADA, HMI, servo, robotics and industrial automation s
15\. Develop and maintain preventive-maintenance standards for all critical production and utility equipment

18\. Support the plant TPM master plan and planned-maintenance pillar.
19\. Lead maintenance participation in autonomous-maintenance implementation
## Qualifications:
Qualification – Diploma in Electrical/Electronic Engineering with 15+ years’ experience or Degree in Electrical/ Electronic Engineering with 5 to 8 years’ experience
## Skills:
Experience in Electrical Maintenance in Automotive Industries, preferably experience in maintenance of CNC Machines, Gear cutting Machines, Utility, Furnaces etc., Mechanical knowledge a plus.
Attitude of a self-starter; ability to operate with minimal supervision.
Good interpersonal skills, particularly with respect to written and oral communication.
Ability to coordinate and support cross-functional process improvement teams.
Proven experience as maintenance supervisor or similar role
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Must be a team player and work well with internal and external customers
