What will you do :

The Disney+ content planner coordinator will work within the Content Planning team in France to coordinate content scheduling for Disney+. The role will be responsible for entering all contents in the dedicated tool, do follow ups and reports with internal and US team.  

The focus of the coordinator role is to ensure all contents are planned in Disney+ CMS and coordinate with the Content team at any time.

The coordinator will report directly to the Content Planner Manager and work closely with the rest of Disney+ team in France, working towards the end goal of planning content for Disney+.

What we expect of you:

  • Program content events in the Content Planning Tool and coordinate with the local content team and the US teams

  • Schedule Disney+ titles directly in the What’s On back office and coordinate with the Content team

  • Insure follow ups and publication reports from the CMS tool; both for US teams and internal Content Planning team

  • Coordinate content reports for internal & external business partners

  • Address technical product issues with the US teams

  • Coordinate merchandising operational tasks & operations with EMEA teams

  • Coordinate merchandising highlights in dedicated CMS (Polaris)

Additional information :

  • Experience working with a CMS, Excel/Google Sheets mandatory

  • Experience in content reporting and data analysis preferred

  • Fluent in English

  • Strong affinities with all Disney brands and popular IP

  • The ability to work to tight deadlines and adapt to changing business demands at short notice

  • Organisation: plan, multi-task, work calmly under pressure.

  • Excellent communication skills (French and English) with different teams

  • Curious and “Can do” attitude
