Shift: 1st Shift, must be able to cover all shifts (1st, 2nd, and 3rd) as needed

Schedule: Monday - Friday, occasional Saturdays to support operations.

Hours: 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM (flex as needed). Must be able and willing to work weekends and overtime.

This position is eligible for overtime pay and is paid weekly.

Summary: The Sr. Distribution Administrator plays a key role in supporting maintenance operations by ensuring the accurate distribution, tracking, and control of maintenance parts and personal protective equipment (PPE). This position is responsible for maintaining inventory accuracy, supporting compliance standards, and ensuring materials are available to keep operations running efficiently. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment while supporting multiple shifts as needed.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Distribute maintenance parts and PPE to employees in accordance with established procedures.

  • Perform routine inventory counts and maintain accurate inventory records.

  • Set up new parts in inventory and maintain proper item identification and organization.

  • Process and coordinate outbound repairs.

  • Receive, unload, and properly store incoming freight and materials.

  • Maintain accurate data entry in SAP and/or spreadsheets for inventory tracking and recordkeeping.

  • Monitor and follow up on blocked invoices and open purchase orders to ensure timely resolution.

  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the crib and storage areas.

  • Ensure all inventory transactions and records meet audit and compliance requirements.

  • Support operations across all shifts by providing coverage for vacations or absences, including 1st, 2nd, and 3rd shifts as needed.

  • Perform all other duties as assigned.

REQUIREMENTS:

Education:

  • High School Diploma

Experience:

  • 3+ years of office/clerical experience required. Previous inventory experience preferred.

Computer Skills:

  • SAP experience required
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.)

Communication Skills:

  • Strong communication and teamwork skills

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:

  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to maintain accurate records and follow established processes

Physical Requirements:

  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
  • Ability to safely use a 3-step ladder
  • Ability to stand and walk, including up and down stairs

Internal disqualifiers are the following:

  • Must not have 4 or more attendance points for locations on an 8 point policy (on application date)
  • No written warning in the past six (6) months
