Responsible for supporting complex and multi-faceted Supply Chain projects/initiatives across NAMER and LATAM, ensuring delivery of integrated business solutions on time, within budget, and to client satisfaction. Acts as the primary point of accountability for project scope, cost, schedule, and relationships, with a focus on strategic financial services engagements.

Key Responsibilities

• Project Leadership: Manages full lifecycle of projects including planning, execution, and delivery.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Builds strong partnerships with internal stakeholder and NCR Atleos executives; identifies and drives new opportunities.
• Team & Vendor Management: Leads cross-functional teams, oversees vendor performance, and ensures alignment with strategic goals.
• Financial Oversight: Tracks budgets, forecasts, manages financial milestones, and ensures proof of delivery.
• Strategic Influence: Shapes solutions and contributes to business development over multi-year engagements.
• Management Support: Shall support Regional management with project-like support on initiatives and issues to ensure stakeholders are held accountable to actions/timescales and root cause identified and resolved.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in relevant field.
• 7+ years in project management, preferably in financial services (ATM/Payments).
• PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent certification preferred.
• Agile experience required.
