We are continuously accepting applicationsThis person is responsible for breaking down work orders and printing customer orders. This position is critical for ensuring the integrity and accuracy of the inventory accounting system for the reconciliation of finished goods inventory.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Shipping Document Processing {30%)
- Monitory priority list and release customer orders to shipping when product becomes available.
- Coordinate daily with customer service, production control and manufacturing to keep order process flowing.
Export Preparation {15%)
- Responsible for preparing export documents for Canada.
- Responsible for supporting export activities for all other Countries by providing information to Corporate and once document is received attach to the shipment.
- Special documentation daily for Grainger and Tru Serve.
Cycle Count - Diamond Blades and Bits (15%)
- Reconciling discrepancies related to cycle count.
Replenishment Orders (10%)
- Responsible for the follow-up of in-transit orders.
- Includes generation, shipment and receipt of replenishment orders.
Inventory Management {30%)
- Responsible for general clerical support including filing, etc. for inventory management.
- Keying of inventory transactions such a pick slips, work order receipts, replenishment orders, as needed.
- Responsible for ensuring proper documentation and charges for COD shipments are complete.

EDUCATION, ABILITIES & EXPERIENCE
- High School degree or equivalent preferred
- Previous experience with data entry preferred.
- SAP experience helpful.
WORKING CONDITIONS
- Office based role with frequent computer use.
- 25% of time spent in manufacturing environment.
- Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs. occasionally (with or without assistance).
- Must be able to bend, stoop, reach, twist and crouch.
- Must be able to meet daily and monthly deadlines.
