The MPL serves as a trusted advisor and integrator, connecting government stakeholders with Leidos technical and operational teams to support planning, exercises, technology integration, and contingency operations. This role requires exceptional relationship-building skills, operational planning expertise, and the ability to operate effectively with senior military leaders in a dynamic joint special operations environment.

Primary Responsibilities.

  • Maintain situational awareness of on-going joint logistics and sustainment operations in collaboration with Leidos MPLs to ensure a cohesive approach to concept and solution development.

  • Identify emerging requirements and communicate them to the Program Manager in a timely manner.

  • Help deconflict and prioritize requests against contract scope and mission needs.

  • Contribute to SOP development, documentation, reporting, and briefing materials in direct coordination with MARFORPAC’s subject matter experts, as needed.

  • Provide real-time support for on-going operations, monitoring performance and ensuring timely issue resolution, while simultaneously conducting strategic planning for future needs and anticipating evolving threats and technological advancements.

  • Strategic thinker with a deep understanding of MARFORPAC, joint, expeditionary logistics and sustainment requirements and support solutions.

  • Familiarity with the concept of Stand-In Forces (SIF) and MARFORPAC’s core sustainment concepts.

Basic Qualifications
