Please review the following job description:

Leads strategy for industry content overseeing its development, quality assurance, and distribution. Drives growth through industry related initiatives and strategies which enable local teams to accelerate success. Supports team in identifying high-growth opportunities and supports the development of targeted strategies that enhance market engagement and revenue generation. Leads, mentors and models culture for junior Industry Specialty teammates. May have direct management responsibilities for one or more analyst(s).

Essential Duties and Requirements:

Team Leadership
• Lead (directly or indirectly) and develop team of analysts, associates, and vice presidents in their support of industry specialists’ purpose of delivering industry specific content and customized solutions to clients and internal stakeholders ensuring alignment of strategic goals 
• Fosters a culture of high performing junior talent focused on skill building, career development, and continuous performance improvement, equipping the team to effectively support revenue generating initiatives 


Content Leadership
• Leads cross-functional efforts to create high quality, multi-format content with input from local teams, collaborating with marketing and other functional partners to ensure broad and effective content distribution 
• Manages entire content lifecycle—from ideation to distribution—across all platforms, ensuring availability and accessibility for both internal and external audiences 
• Establishes and monitors key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess content effectiveness and inform strategic adjustments, ensuring alignment with business goals 


Sales & Execution Leadership
• Owns industry-focused sales strategies from conception through execution, championing growth across existing and new industry sectors 
• Drives industry focused initiatives / programs to boost engagement with partners in capital markets, credit, investment banking, and other bank segments
• Partners with sales teammates across regions to promote industry initiatives and solutions, ensuring a consistent and impactful message to stakeholders that drives growth in local markets 
• Strengthens the internal and external brand presence for team industries through high-visibility initiatives, including conferences, webinars, and industry events, promoting quality thought leadership and market influence 
• Provides support to the Head of Industry Specialty in ad-hoc projects and strategic initiatives that drive team effectiveness, revenue growth and team evolution team effectiveness, driving increased revenue and advancing the growth and evolution of the industry team

Qualifications

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree with 10+ years demonstrated work experience with expert knowledge in banking and credit solutions 
• Proven leadership experience, with a focus on talent development, coaching, and building high-performing teams 
• Successful track record of delivering sales results through a highly distributed and matrixed model; possess ability to navigate internal complexities across distributed model
• Demonstrated ability to manage and influence cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing and other strategic partners 
• Strong strategic thinking skills with the ability to create and drive a vision that aligns with organizational goals 
• Strong analytical skills, with ability to set and measure KPIs to inform strategic decision-making 
• Capable of managing multiple priorities and complex projects from ideation to execution 
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders and foster effective partnerships across functions 
• Proactive and adaptable mindset, with a focus on continuous improvement and innovative problem-solving 
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
